Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with SneakerMat. Please read our policy carefully before making your purchase.


All Sales Are Final

All in-store and online purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances.


Size Exchanges (Within 14 Days)

We understand that sizing can be tricky. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to offer a size exchange under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your item
  • The item is in the same condition it was purchased: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided
  • The desired size is in stock at the time of the exchange

Once approved, we will provide instructions for completing the exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.


Important Notes

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size is not available, no alternative or refund will be offered.

  • Items not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
  • We do not accept exchanges on sale items, custom orders, or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
