Can Sneakermat restore worn shoes?
Yes! We restore worn shoes to make them look brand new.
How do I drop off and pick up my sneakers for cleaning?
We take 3 days to clean the shoes, sometimes longer depending on how many shoes were brought to us.
Can I return shoes that don’t fit?
Yes, returns are accepted as long as the shoes are in the same condition and the return is made no later than 2 weeks after purchase.
Are the sneakers verified for authenticity?
Yes, they are verified and put through many tests before being placed on our shelves or website to ensure authenticity.
